Terms and Conditions

Forged in Battle is a SFW, digital zine with physical merch Genshin Impact fan book centered around the weapon types in the game. This project is in no way affiliated with HoYoVerse, nor does HoYoVerse endorse this project.

All our contributors and mods have put a massive amount of effort and passion into this project, so we hope you will enjoy it!

Please note all sales are final and nonrefundable or returnable as this is a pre-order project. 

Once your order ships out, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or returned packages. Please contact your local postal service to resolve any issues with your shipment!

If a package is returned due to unclaimed/unable to be delivered or wrong address if an address change was not requested, we will not be able to offer a refund. You will have to pay for shipping again.

Should a digital zine or merch be unable to be delivered to you due to an incorrect email address being provided, the zine is not liable for the undelivered/ bounced back email containing the digital zine bundle and will sadly be unable to give a refund or replacement. 

 

Shipping Details:

  • Forged in Battle is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur, whether it is custom fees, taxes, or VAT. If you place an order, you understand that these fees will be your responsibility.
  • All packages will be shipped from the US.
  • Digital zine will be sent once all physical merch are sent. 
  • All physical orders will be shipped with tracking, however, please note that full tracking (end to end) is not available for every country. 
  • We will be shipping worldwide but there are some countries that currently cannot be shipped to listed below. Please check out the USPS site for more details.
    • Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Cuba, Gaza Strip, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Niue, Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, Ukraine, Yemen
  • Shipping is currently expected to take place in the summer of 2025. Follow our social media for updates. 
  • If you need a change of address, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, order number, and updated information as soon as possible. 

 

Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Goods

  • All packages will be packed as carefully as possible. We aim to keep your order in the best condition; however, we cannot control any damage that may occur during transit. 
  • If you find that your physical order has received damage upon arrival, we can try to replace damaged items depending on the leftover stock available. However, the buyer will have to pay the additional shipping costs this would result in. 
  • If an item is missing within the package, please email us as soon as possible and we will either ship the item to you (if it is still in stock) or offer a partial refund.
  • We cannot offer monetary refunds for lost, damaged goods, or stolen packages.
  • Forged in Battle moderator team are not liable for any damage that occur to our product once they have been removed from their packaging. 

 

All purchases are FINAL, no refunds can be given once an order has been made.

By purchasing an order, you agree to our terms and understand that this is a Pre-Order purchase, meaning production may take up to 3-6 months before shipping begins. 

 

Please contact us within a month of the package’s delivery date for any issues. After the month, we will not be held liable for replacements or partial refunds due to our negligence.
